Syke is a self-evolving memory harness.

  • Ambient and always on, Syke runs in the background while agents come and go across harnesses and sessions.
  • Each harness sees only a partial view. Syke observes the traces and artifacts left behind, binding these scattered views into an unified view of the human computer interaction.
  • The memory has no fixed shape, ontology or schema. It adapts to the user's information flow.
  • Over time, the user's biases enter the structure of memory itself, and a shared way of seeing begins to emerge between human and machine.

Replay Lab models a personal-computing environment across months of changing models, harnesses, providers, streams of work and decisions. It binds the partial views left by many agents and sessions into a coherent history that can be replayed for memory, coordination and continual learning.

Each replay turns that history into feedback for continual learning, personal world modelling and alignment over time.
